File Transfer Service

This is a simple link-based file transfer service. It is provided for the convenience of our customers and suppliers as an alternative to e-mail attachment for large files.

When you upload a set of files, a link will be generated for you to share with desired recipients. Anyone with the link can download the files. If you optionally create a download password, both the link and the password will be required to download the files.

If you are uploading proprietary or otherwise sensitive information, you must first compress it in an encrypted container such as a WinZip or 7-zip archive with AES-256 encryption. Send the encryption password to your desired recipient(s) through a separate channel, such as a direct e-mail message. Do not include the encryption password in any part of the upload. If you also create a download password within the service, do not use the same password as the encrypted container.

Do not upload Controlled Unclassified Information (CUI), Covered Defense Information (CDI), or Export Controlled Information (ITAR/EAR) to this system.

This service is hosted in the United States on a server under the physical control of VRSI. Availability, integrity, and security of the service are not guaranteed. User assumes all risk.
